Symptoms

Depending upon the problem causing hair loss it can appear in many different ways. It can show its effects gradually or can come down very slowly. Different types of hair loss have different symptoms. Both the head and body can be affected at times.

Symptoms of hair loss may include:

Circular or patchy bald spots:  Alopecia areata is one type of  hair loss which usually affects just the scalp, In most cases, hair fall may be very little, round patches about the size of a quarter.

Sudden hair loss: Mostly physical or emotional shock can lead to weaken hair. While brushing or washing your hair you may observe excess hair loss. This type of hair loss usually causes overall hair thinning.
