Thicken Thin Hair

Most of the women have thin hair. Some of them have it naturally, while others have it due to usage of chemicals and heat styling. There are some basic tips which will make your hair look fluffy and give volume to your hair.

The main reason for hair loss is due to health issues such as thyroid problems or hormonal imbalance. If you have severe hair loss, then consult a doctor as the hair loss can worsen over time. If your hair loss is minimal, then there are some household tips which will help you reduce hair loss.

Some Tips to Prevent Hair Loss:

  • Being overweight can cause hair loss and hair thinning. You must be thinking how is hair loss related to being over weight? If you are overweight, there would be a hormonal imbalance. This trigger with hair follicles and cause hair loss.
  • Generally hair loss is due to hormones. Take vitamin butter oil with cod liver oil in morning before breakfast. These oil nourishes the endocrine and thyroid system. This balances your hormones and nourishes your hair, while reducing hair loss.
  • There are hair max laser combs available in the market. These combs are FDA approved for hair growth. Using this combs thrice a week can help thicken your hair.
  • Once a week, oil your hair with virgin coconut oil. See to it that the oil is properly applied from the scalp to the hair tip. Heat the oil for better conditioning.
  • Apple cider vinegar is one of the best cleansers. Mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar with water and apply it to the scalp. leave it on for 10 min. Then rinse it with shampoo. This will clean your hair, remove all dirt and dead skin from your scalp, thus reducing hair loss.

  • Have a short hair cut or middle length haircut to give volume to your hair.
  • Try to go for some a layered hair cut as it will give volume to your hair.
  • Streak your hair.
  • Down combing at night will give volume as well as increase blood circulation. This will increase hair growth.
    Use voluming shampoos and conditioners.
  • Avoid using straighteners, blow dryer or curling on regular basis.
